AIBT recognizes the special accommodation needs of international and local students and offers various aspects of accommodation . Our accommodation is located in the locality of the campus and charges are per semester and are non-refundable with the exception of the security deposit. This accommodation is self catering.
A security deposit is payable upon entering the facility and is refunded at the time that the student will no longer return to the accommodation
The Security deposit is paid once only
The biggest Hostel is in Brentwood Drive, Longacres
The accommodation is not mixed gender; boys and girls have different living quarters
The Second Hostel is situated in Sable Road and it is exclusively for boys only. The Hostel accommodates 8 students.
The Rhodespark Hostel houses 12 Students and is mixed gender.
International students are met and picked at the airport for a fee of $20
Places are limited and first preference is given to those who have paid promptly.
