Commencing Your Studies at AIBT
This section presents an overview of the steps that you need to take so as to successfully enrol with AIBT.
Candidates are not enrolled at AIBT until all of the steps listed below, right through to 'Enrolling in Your Subjects' are completed.
Students who complete only part of the process below, and then commence attending classes, are not enrolled, and will be evicted from classes early in semester.
Establish the Level
Prospective students need to be evaluated academically. As a general guide the following table is indicative of the match between completed Zambian levels of study and qualification, and its relevant level of entry at AIBT.

Advanced Standing
All candidates with Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced Diploma qualifications, must make application to Edith Cowan University for Advanced Standing in the Degree of the relevant discipline.
Those applications must be lodged at AIBT at least 2 weeks prior to commencement of the semester of study. Application Forms for Advanced Standing are available from the AIBT Reception [or its Agent], or may be downloaded using the following link: Application for Advanced Standing. Applications must be accompanied by a small Application for Advanced Standing Fee.
